Are the Council hoping for ‘windfall’ sites to fill this gap?
We’re concerned about the impact of poor energy ratings and the possibility of short-term developer profit.
MVDC are proposing a 19% improvement in building regs. We think they can do far better than this.
DCE is happy to meet you / provide more information / chat and give advice.
We are non site-specific therefore our concerns affect every proposed site in the area.
